A more flexible stock rule
Keep these points in mind. The game still uses 104 cards in ten columns. Choose one suit, two suits or four suits using the game controls. Relaxed Spider on gykgbb.com permits stock deals while columns are empty. The objective remains eight complete same-suit King-to-Ace runs.
The relaxed difference
A few details help explain this feature. The relaxed stock rule does not change the rank requirement for ordinary moves. A stock card dealt to an empty column becomes that column's first face-up card. An empty column no longer prevents a stock deal in this variant. The relaxed stock rule does not allow mixed-suit groups to move together.
Ten columns and a stock
Only the bottom card of each opening column is face up. The opening tableau contains 54 cards. The stock contains fifty cards for five later deals. The first four columns have six cards each and the remaining six have five.
Descending rank placement
A few details help explain this feature. A King needs an empty destination because no rank is higher. An Ace cannot receive a lower-ranked card. An exposed card may land on another exposed card exactly one rank higher. The two cards do not need to share a suit for a single-card placement.
Move a group
A few details help explain this feature. Same-suit building can reduce the work needed to separate mixed sequences later. A descending group moves as a unit only when every selected card shares a suit. A suit change can leave a smaller movable group at the bottom of a column. A break in rank prevents the entire selected group from moving together.
Use empty columns thoughtfully
A few details help explain this feature. A new stock row fills every empty column with one card. Any exposed card or legal same-suit group can occupy an empty column. Empty columns remain useful for separating temporary mixed builds. You may preserve an empty column until you decide to deal from the stock.
Stock deals are still shared
Keep these points in mind. A stock deal places one card onto each of the ten columns. Dealing can block an existing sequence as well as reveal new combinations. Undo restores the previous arrangement when the stock-deal snapshot is available. You cannot direct an individual stock card to a chosen destination.
Collect matching runs
Changing the number of suits does not change the number of required runs. The game removes a complete run automatically at the bottom of a column. A complete run contains thirteen face-up cards in one suit from King to Ace. Eight collected runs are required to finish Relaxed Spider.
Practice the variant
New game creates a fresh shuffle in the selected suit setting. Hints identify legal options without guaranteeing a win. Random relaxed deals are not presented as guaranteed solvable. Replay restores the same shuffle for another attempt.

Relaxed Spider keeps its saved games separate from standard Spider when saving is enabled. My Statistics displays relaxed starts and wins in separate rows.
